Does the speedometer work? If so, it sounds like the input shaft sensor is unplugged or not working. I would check the fluid level and then run the codes; these guides can help:

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/how-to-check-and-add-transmission-fluid

and

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/checking-a-service-engine-soon-or-check-engine-light-on-or-flashing

Here is how to replace the input shaft sensor in case you need it. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.

Output shaft, no signal? So does the speedometer work? If not, I would check the output shaft speed sensor to make sure it is connected and if so, I would replace the sensor. Here is the location. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what you find.

I changed the output shaft sensor, I can feel it go into low and second, when I step on the pedal it starts to move, then nothing but rev. Fluids good, I tried to idle around some, and the 4x4 light started to flash, reverse is moving me. I think there is an ECM code.

With this many codes it looks like the PCM is bad, I would remove it and send it in for testing.
