There is one of three problems, the starter, starter relay, or the ignition switch.
When this happens, I need you to check if you are getting power to the starter. Have a helper turn the key to the start position while you check for power to the smaller wire on the starter. You should get 12 volts. If you do, the starter is most likely bad. If you don't, go to the power distribution box and locate the starter relay. Remove the relay and see if you are getting power to it. If you have a relay in the system that has the same part number on it (and you should) switch the relays to see if that changes anything. If it does, get a new relay. If not, then you need to check the ignition switch.
