I have the car listed above. Parked it battery went bad over three months sitting. Put new battery in. Ignition cycles calls fuel pump but will not engage starter. I jump starter at relay and will start and shut off. Security light flashes from battery to security. Tried the ten minute key in ignition and all that did not work now moving to the prndl switch.

Hello,

The security light is the issue, the engine will wont crank over with the security engaged. When you did the ten minute relearn did the security light stop flashing and did you start it within five seconds?

It sounds like the battery is weak or the starter has gone out but to be sure lets check out these guides, they can help us fix it

and

Please run down these guides and report back.

That is the issue then. I would remove the negative battery cable and touch it to the positive battery terminal. This will discharged the system capacitor and hard reboot the system.

Did you have the battery tested? Also made sure the battery cables are clean and tight? Also take your multimeter and see if you have two ohms or less from ground to the negative battery cable at battery. See if you have battery voltage at the purple wire with the key in the start position.

Alright at the ignition switch you should have battery voltage at the red wire at the ignition switch. Then with the key in the start position the yellow wire should have battery voltage. Then at the right side of the dash fuse panel the pcm/crank fuse should have power to both side of that fuse with the key in the start position. Let me know what you find there and we will go from there.

When key turned to start position I hear clicking of starter trying to start an engine - lights are dimming. Battery is ok I tried battery from my wife's car with same engine did not start. Car was originally diagnosed with broken head gasket. Last 3 months was cold so car was in garage, not used. Level of oil is higher than max so it proof head gasket problem. Few days ago when temperature was around 60 I started, I drove out of my garage, and ran engine for while until temperature of engine rose to half of scale and I turned engine off. I did try start again and engine did not started. I replaced starter because I had issue with it before (intermittent did not start, if I did hit it was starting).
Question: Is possible some way to move engine?

If you have a bad head gasket, that shouldn't stop the engine from turning unless one of the cylinders is full of coolant. Try removing the spark plugs to see if the starter can crank the engine then. If it does, check to see if coolant comes out of any of the cylinders.
