Engine will not turn over

2003 CHEVROLET VENTURE

After replacing the battery the engine now will not turn over. All the lights work. All accessories work. Nothing when you turn the key. Help!

It is your anti theft engaged. see picture for how to reset it. if this does not work then a mechanic will have to see why it is doing it.
