Okay, tomorrow I will start with troubleshooting and use the starter spray. Can I have a diagram of the fuel pump and location so I can start looking at it? Then I will let you know what's the outcome of the starter spray tomorrow and another thing, if the fuel pump or fuel system is out then how will I tell what do? I need to look for hear see or feel to notice that one or of them is the issue is there a link for that or is it in the link I have now?

An inoperative fuel pump can be due to a bad relay, faulty wiring or a bad pump.
It is always a good idea to check the relay first.
The relay is located in the under-hood fuse box (see diagram below).
Check for any burn pins or corrosion on the relay.

Here is a guide on how to test the relay:

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/how-to-check-an-electrical-relay-and-wiring-control-circuit

The fuel pump is located inside the fuel tank. There should be an access port under the rear seat.
I have also included the fuel pump and components diagnostics procedure below as well. It can help you narrow down the issue.

Let me know if you have any questions.

What does it mean when the engine is spinning too fast and it's not getting enough compression to make a spark?

A proper working ignition system of the engine will spark regardless of how fast it's spinning or if the engine has any compression or not.
The relation between compression and spark is that the engine will need both (plus fuel) to start.
Hope this explanation helps.

So, it's possible for the engine to spin faster than normal and what causes it to do that, is it the serpentine belt or timing chain?

Engine can spin fast at startup if there is less internal resistance. For example, to have low compression. But as for the spark, it will produce at the required rate for the cranking speed of the engine.
If you have a broken serpentine belt, it will not prevent the engine from starting. However if you have a broken timing belt, the engine will not start and can spin rapidly as the crankshaft is not spinning other components due to broken timing belt.

Yes, I believe they share the same block or some design elements. But they are different in how they operate and have different engine management.

So you have spark and compression.

Have you checked to see if it is getting fuel?
Did you do the starting fluid test?

Yes, I did the starter spray, and it didn't do anything, but the spark plugs were tested with a flat head, and they have spark. The only thing I don't know if it's getting is fuel.

If you are unable to hear the fuel pump it might not be turning on. So might want to check the relay first to make sure it is good or replace it as needed.

You can also test the fuel pressure on the fuel rail by using a pressure gauge.
Here is the guide:

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/how-to-check-fuel-system-pressure-and-regulator

Also included the diagrams below.
