2006 Hyundai Santa Fe Corrosive plate

When the car starts there is a loud vibration sound coming from the engine area. I have looked whilst the engine is running and have noticed a front plate as shown in the picture attached where the two fixing bolts have become very corroded (one completely corroded not attached)

This is vibrating when the engine is running. Could anyone advise to what part this is and is it a simple remove and replace job I could do myself.

That is a heat shield. It needs to stay on the engine. Are you able to remove the bolts and add a larger flat washer which will prevent it from rattling?
