When I start up the engine, a knock noice is hear
for a few secs. And then runs normal.
The engine was rebuilt. 5E-FE

Hi there,

I would be replacing the oil filter first, you may have one that is draining oil back into the sump, some better quality filters have a check valve to stop this, also was the oil pump replaced with the engine re build, and you should get an oil pressure test done just to make sure all is ok.
