Idle not low enough and rough

Ok, so I timed it to -9 BTDC at 700 RPM. Then I tuned the carburetor. I adjusted the mixture screws to where the RPM's peaked out before dropping off again. On mine I ended up having to turn them in a little bit instead of going in the outwards direction from 3 turns out to hit the sweet spot. Past three turns out didn't give much improvement. I adjusted the idle to around 680 RPM and it seems to be running great! I'm assuming I adjusted the carburetor correctly. Jeep is running the best I have ever seen it. Took it out for a drive and had no problems at all. What do you think?
