High oil level

I have a 94 explorer 4x4 110,xxx miles.

lately I have had to change the oil every 2 month because the oil level is about 3inches higher than normal. when it get like this it shakes bad. but the truck does not overheat. after last oil change I left the oil pan screw slightly loose to allow leakage.I checked to see if there was antifreeze mix with the oil and everything was fine. please help me.

does the oil smell real rich with gas and thin if so check you fuel pressure regulator pull the red line off it and see if there are signs of gas if so replace it but don't rule it out can be bad and pumping gas into your crank case.(NOS)
