hey I just got this wed and I heard you guys do a good job, thankd for that. Well my question is what is it when a converter is making noises? And what is the problem when a car starts but turns off?

the reason that im asking this questions is that I just put new gasqets to my camaro and I took the whole engine out and now that i've put it back on its giving me problems with not starting till I press the gas all the way?

Well my question is what is it when a converter is making noises? And what is the problem when a car starts but turns off? Simple the catalytic converter is defective and also choking the engine that will cause a no start.

Check the coolant temperature sensor, IACV, EGR valve and TPS to include a fuel pressure check-
