Will not charge

I will test it again sometime in the next couple weeks. I think you're probably right with the fusible links. I'm gonna take it to our local garage and have them fix it. I don't have the skills to do it anyways. I'll tell the mechanic the information you've given me and i'm sure it'll help him. I'll let you know what the problem ends up being.
