Vehicle listed above is supercharged. Engine shut off at red light wouldn’t start back up. Tried starting fluid, started and shut off. Tried pecking on gas tank fired up. Then shut off. Had to tow used rope and it broke three times going up steep driveway replaced fuel pump. Crank but no start. Replaced fuse under hood for 100a battery One. Checked all relays and fuses, starter all test okay. Noticed Security light blinking constantly alarm won’t set. Only have one key and no key fob those were stolen. ObdII scanner plugged into port and nothing. Won’t even come on. Think anti theft has me locked out. Will crank fine but no start.

If the theft light it flashing you can try and disarm it by rolling the drivers window down. Then close the hood, hatch, all doors and then reach in and lock the doors using the master switch through the window. Wait up to a minute and unlock the door using the key then wait about 30 seconds and open the door. This should disarm the system.

If not, we need to try a battery disconnect for about 30 minutes.

Lastly you can try and sit with the key in the on position for about 30 minutes. This is a GM "trick" but it has worked on other vehicles.

No luck. Now I have a humming above what appears to be transmission drain pain. First time noticing this sound. And clicking (repetitive) over interior fuse box. Clicking stops after few seconds however. The humming continues as long as key is in on position. Well until battery runs down!

Have you checked the battery with a load test? The clicking and humming sound like you have a low battery. All sorts of crazy things happen when the battery is drained.

I am not suggesting this will fix the security issue as well but it may. Let's make sure the battery is okay and go from there.
