Electrical problem
1990 Toyota Camry V6 Wheel Drive Type unknown Automatic 97,000 miles

I have a 1990 toyota camry v6 with 97,000 miles. The previous owner pulled out the alarm wires and all and since then told me that he had a problem with the back lights and dash lights. Car had trouble starting lights and radion would come on in the car and I would jump it and it would start. I changed the battery and alternator and try to stast it and it wont do a thing now. The head light go on, but nothing else in the car goes on. No clicking when starting no noise at all. The key in ignition sound doesnt even go on. Please help. Thank you.

With the aftermarket alarm they cut the starter wires so I would look there first, here is the starter wiring diagrams so you can see how the system works and I have included a guide they can help as well.
