The engine turns over but doesn't start. It is getting fuel. I also get a spark to my spark plugs. It is a 4cyl LE

Did it jump time when the water pump failed?

The timing marks line up, but I don't have the tools to compression check it. Is there a senser or something that would need to be replaced or reset.

Auto zone rents compression testers again I would check the compression of all the cylinders.
