Car won't start; it makes a clicking sound when turning the key. Battery seems fine, as lights, radio, etc. Work fine.

Hello,

Have you tried jump starting it? If not do so. If starts go by your local parts store and have them test your battery.

FYI - Just because all your lights and everthing else works doesn't mean your battery isn't bad. Your battery can be fully charged and showing 12.60 volts. However, if the CCA (Cold Cranking Amps) are low you will get what you describe.
