I bought a torchon bar key levelling kit and I installed the new keys and after I was finished I barely screwed in the adjusting bolts for the torchy bars just enough to where they were touching the new keys not tightened down at all, and my truck is so stiff that if I hit a bump going down the road at bounces. I was wondering if I was doing something wrong or if I had my key in wrong. It came with shock extensions but I didn't know if it would make it worse so I figured I would ask before I installed them because if not I'm going to take those keys back out and put my old ones in there's just such a rough ride.

Sounds like the adjustment arm that you are using is putting too much torque on the bar already.

I attached the info below on how to replace and adjust this but the basic principle that I am sure you are aware of is as this bar twists it increases the torque on it and it picks up the weight of the vehicle. As you increase the torque on this bar the more feedback or bounce that you are going to get. Basically it is going to feel very stiff so if this is what you have with not much adjustment in it then I suspect the adjuster arm is the issue.
