Intermittent will not start issue?

The truck listed above is a high country 2500HD, push button to start it and the engine engages and makes starting noises but it never catches to turn over. This has happened two times randomly. had it towed to Chevrolet service center, spent two weeks there and it never repeated the problem. It started without issue throughout the two weeks. the OBD never showed a code. service center asked us to pick it up because they can't diagnosis a problem. now what? It will happen again and leave me, and my children stranded, ugh. Please help...Thank you very much, Julia

When this happens, can you turn the system on without cranking the engine over? Can you hear the fuel pump prime inside the fuel tank for about 5 seconds? If not, this is your problem, here is how to change the fuel pump out in the images below. I have included this guide as well.
