Engine will not start up and run?

Truck the engine will crank but will not start fire is not getting to the distributor what all can cause fire not to get to the distributor? Is there some way I can check to find out why fire is not getting to the distributor? I need to get this truck running.

Hello,

The ignition module and pick up coil go out on these all the time, they are in the distributor. Here are instructions and diagrams to help you change it out. Check out the diagrams (Below). Please let us know if you need anything else to get the problem fixed.

I would recommend removing them and having them tested at a parts store. Most will do it for free.

I call autozone for a crank sensor he said this truck don't have a crank sensor on it so what I do now?

I will double check my books tonight, but I thought a 92 would have one. Have you checked the ignition module?

Just to jump in, this sounds just like a failed pump as mentioned. We need to check pressure and go from there. Here is a guide that will walk through this.

Let's run through this and see what we have and go from there.
