Electrical problem
1996 Pontiac Grand Am 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

The car won't start and there is no noise when I turn it over. I replaced the starter and that is not the problem. Any suggestions.

Hello,

Ok, did you have the Battery Tested?

FYI - Just because all you electrical works does not mean your battery isn't bad. You can have a fully charged battery (Volt meter showing 12.60) and the battery still be bad. The starter needs CCA (Cold Cranking Amps) to start or turn the engine over, if they are low or do not exist then you will get nothing or just a clicking when you attempt to start it.

If you haven't had the battery tested then go have it tested. May just be the problem.
