93 Pontiac 135k miles, right low beams doesn't turn on, at the same time, front and back left signal work and blink but front and back right signal just stays lit, no blinking.

Check the ground wire. The only thing that will make it not blink is a bad bulb or bad ground. Thats it. Hope this helps
