The fuel pressure is good, the replaced fuel pump sends good pressure.

Try replacing the fuel pump relay see if that does anything. It's in the underhood fuse box

Rebuilt engine earlier this year. Two weeks ago it died without warning. Figured battery. Changed battery. No start. Changed fuel damper due to clogged. Relays are good All fuses are good (visual and light check). Checked fuel injectors with noid light. Ruled out PATS normal light pattern. Ruled out ignition and PCM due to dash lights. Have spark. Changed fuel pump. Changed battery terminal because battery keeps dying. Tried another battery. Also changed fuel filter. No start. No codes because of new battery. Engine light on, check gauge light on and battery light on. Can hear the new fuel pump engaging. Changed the crankshaft position sensor, tried starting with IAC valve off. Tried starting in neutral. Tried starting with fuel cap off. Tried starting with pressure on throttle. Running out of what could it be. Going to recheck fuel pressure to make sure there is not a crimp in the line or defective pump. Could it be the starter, the solenoid, alternator, coil pack? Died without warning, no start.

You need three things to start the engine those are spark, fuel and compression if you have all of these then the car should start.

After a night of -5 degrees the SUV wouldn't start. I had just 2 days before added fuel injector cleaner after I filled up from a dead empty tank(thanks to wife). The second day of it not running I checked the oil, it had fuel in it, a lot. I asked 2 different mechanics they said sounds like fuel injector problem. So I replaced them and the spark plugs, blew out the excess gas from the ports and changed the oil.(Spark from plugs is good) Before that it would only crank. Now it turns over after cranking for a few seconds but just won't start. Someone said maybe PCM is commanding to much from the injectors but I am getting no reading from OBD II scan. I am at a loss. HELP Battery only reads 12.34 and I know it should be 12.6 but the battery has been checked 3 times on machines and it keeps reading good.

IF there is too much pressure the regulator may be bad.

My explorer wont start. It overheated on me and then when I got it cooled off I tried to drive it home. When I started it I put it in drive and pushed on the gas pedal and I had nothing. At times it would make it die. I have changed the fuel pump and the filter what could be the problem. And by the way now it won't start at all

Check fuses under hood first and get a pro to see why you can't pull codes connection may be bad. Try resetting security system if no manual look online. I am assuming the battery is good and is turning over

Aside from those checks, I suspect that there is major engine damage. There may be coolant in the cylinders from a blown head gasket and as we know, water will not let an engine run

I have a 2003 Ford Explorer Sport. Its under a three month warranty and wo days after I bought it and drove it around, I went to the store for something and came back out and it wouldnt start. I had it towed to a repair shop and they called me about 4 hours later and said that they pushed the fuel system restart switch located by the passenger side fllorboard. He told me that he pushed the button and it started right up. He ran a diagnostic and couldnt find anything wrong with it. I went and picked it up and drove it for two days and today the same thing happened. It ran fine all day and today it wouldnt start. I poushed the button over and over and it still wouldnt start then it finally did and I drove it home. When I got home I cut it off and tried to start it again and it wont start. I pushed the button again and it still wont start. So could it be a problem with my switch, or could it be a bigger problem?

It could be a few things. If I provide you directions, are you able to check for spark and fuel to the engine? I need to know if one or both are missing.

Let me know.

A leak down test will confirm. You could also get a chemical kit at a parts store to see if compression is in the cooling system
