Since work was done, I suspect either you lost fuel or spark to the engine. Fuel is my first guess. Please understand, I don't know what was done.
So, lets start easy. Using starting fluid, see if the engine will start for a couple seconds and let me know the results. If it does, then we have a fuel related issue. If it doesn't, then we have to check ignition related issues.
Here are two links that explain how to check for spark and fuel to the engine. The starting fluid will do both for me, but if you want to check directly, I thought I would add them.

Also, let me know where the fuses and relays were that were worked on. If you could upload a picture of it, that would be helpful.
