2001 Dodge Caravan wont start

I was running with my van and ill of a suden it stoled.I tried to start it and it wont start. Starter wont start. Battery is good.

If your saying the starter won't crank, I'd have to check voltage and ground for the starter. If that checks out, I'd have to check the starter itself.

Just to add, have you lost all electrical? Do the headlamps work? Do the dash lites work? Anything?
