When you described the issue with programming when the engine cut off that rang a huge bell in my head and I'm currently going through my mental rolodex! I know that I've come across this before and when you shared the snapshot of your data what sticks out to me is the first few things on that list that refer to key in data and above your circle the "inferred" key in. A huge huge issue there! Inferred means that the module doesn't actually see the key in the ignition but the module is active as if the vehicle is hotwired or something, which will shut things down in a hurry! The issue seems to be with the BCM or BCM programming! Enter PATS 10 minute programming and select "parameter reset" from the menu, The parameter reset tells all of the modules that the "new module" is on the team now so shake hands lol, so to speak! Try that and let us know what happens!

Thank you so much because I thought it meant like infrared, showing the key was in! I just got a new/used BCM and rewrote the As blt to match mine. I erased and reprogrammed the keys, trying the parameter reset now. I'm going to feel silly asking this, and even smaller if you confirm my suspensions. This code; B10F1:14-0A Key in switch, circuit short, (it's where the key and ignition key cylinder worn down and not making positive connection to turn the door chimes and stuff on) is that what causing it not to learn the pats? Will update soon.

Update, solved.
After erasing my keys pats wouldn't allow my truck to start without a parameter reset which everytime I tried to do one it always faulted before going through to the pcm. After finding a truck of the same year nodel I took my pcm, bdycm, and ipc, and put them in another truck which allowed me to do the parameter reset needed to crank the truck. Once I got the truck cranking using a power probe I found the fuel pump driver module was faulty. Bad wiring in the harness wasn't allowing the parameter reset to be done in my truck however everything else is running good, except a misfire in #4 which only miss at idle so I think they're just slightly clogged injectors.

Conclusion, fuel pump driver module, 50 bucks at autozone

No problem! Yes the network has proven to be a monster to learn but when you get the hang of it you realize it's not too bad.
