Okay. That helps. Couple things. What is the history to this? Has it ever started since you've had it or did you get it this way? Next if the injectors have been firing and that amount of starter fluid and the plugs not firing, I am sure the plugs are fouled by now. So we need to keep that in mind because you may fix (or have it fixed) but the plugs are fouled and won't fire.

However, I think the next thing is to check compression if you are not sure what it is as that sounds like it is a possible low compression issue.

If you haven't changed the plugs and are going to do that we should run the compression at the same time.

Just let me know if there is a history to it or when this issue started and we can go from there because it feels like I am missing something on this.

Bought it not running.I replaced the plugs 10 days ago just in case they were fouled. I will measure compression in one at least to get an idea.

Okay. Sounds good. We will get it figured out but we are just missing the key item that will solve it. Thanks

I got 90 PSI in the cylinder which I was testing spark and all, isn't there something about compression getting lower if a car sits for a long time?

Yes it can. The rings can stick and get damaged, the valves can hang open but we need to run a cylinder leakage test to find out where we are loosing the compression.
