No sound

Have you checked the basics such as fuses? I have to be honest, but there are so many different options when it comes to the radio that without knowing which one you have, I will need to seed about 100 pages of information. LOL If you look at the pic attached, can you identify which system you have? Once I know that, I can jump into wiring harnesses and see if there is anything that could be leading to this problem.

If you still have the owner's manual, see if you can locate the fuse for the radio so it can be checked. Although the back up camera is working, I believe the power for it comes from a different source.
