When I slowly excell at speeds from 25 to 60 my vehicle starts to vibrate/ shimmy. If I let off the gas it stops and I have to do this afew times to get the vibrastion to stop. I know my vehicle needs shocks. The engine doesn't seem to be missing. I had new spark plug wires and sparkplugs just replaced.

I would take a good look at the ball joints and tie rods(outer) and check for wear. If you struts are bad chances are your ball joints are. Front end alignment would need to be done too.
