My turn signals and wipers not working properly?

At 6:00am i start my truck to go to work and my turn signals and wipers or speedometer don't work, and the ABS light and airbag light are on but at 2:00pm when I get off work everything works just fine, and no lights are on.

Also check if the heater fan, radio, and power windows, (if you have them), work when this occurs again. If they're all dead, the best suspect is the ignition switch, but there's more to the repair than just replacing it. Let me know what you find.
