My good friend's Audi cannot start

Hello,

I have just discovered this service and I'm hoping I can get a solution for my friend's car which hasn't started more than 6 months now.
He has changed spares but no avail, changed service parts, fuel pump, injectors and many more spares.
Please let me know if it can be solved, I'll be grateful.
The car is in sub-saharan Africa but I'm a british citizen living here.
