Vehicle starts fine idles fine fast press accelerator stumbles, bogs and shuts off. Slowly pressing accelerator bills RPM until 2,000 then bogs out and stumbles let off gas it'll catch itself and resume idle. No power under load. Have replaced fuel pump, fuel pump relay, fuel filter, air filter, mass air flow sensor, cleaned idle air control valve, clean throttle body, cleaned EGR, testing throttle position sensor. Ohms test past. Checked all vacuum lines, check the catalytic converter, check fuel pump pressure regulator. Use premium gas and additive to clean injectors. Check O2 sensors. Does not comply with OBD2 computer scan. Paper clip trick does not work. Engine check engine light will flash only one time.

Good evening,

This sounds like a classic example of a clogged catalytic converter. The engine cannot breath through the exhaust. There is enough of an opening for the engine to idle but not go above that.

The way you can test is this, You need a back pressure gauge to install where the front O2 sensor is located to measure the back pressure. You check it at idle and 1,200 RPM's. It should be not greater than 1.5 pounds.

You could also Remove the EGR valve and that should give the engine enough of an exhaust leak to allow higher RPM.

Okay, with it off, how does it run?

If it runs okay, then the next step is compression to be sure the valve timing is correct.
