700 is a general trans failure code. Common for these units and as said above, is internal and most likely has to come out and get re built.

I replaced L-Rev solenoid pack on 95 stratus, and they say they did a quick-learn, yet its acting almost the same, but now it even shifts at idle in park or even if I'm at a stop light. I wrote a couple of weeks ago and was helped by you guys allot. Unfortunately had to be in Hospital most of week got out to find my car running this way. Any Ideas

The only thing you can do is have the computer scanned to determine what is causing the issue. It sounds computer related if it is shifting while stopped.
