I stopped to get some gas on my way home from work yesterday. When I got back into my Jeep, I placed the key into the ignition and turned it. The dash lights and radio turned on, but it would not start. No clicking. Nothing. I took the key out, waited a second. And then tried again. This time none of the lights or the radio came on and it still wouldn't started. I checked the battery and it has a full charge. The headlights, break lights and dome light all still work. A friend of mine suggested that it may be the 'neutral safety switch' or possibly a blown ignition module. Would this cause all of the power to the dashboard to be cut out too? Thanks for your help!

This may sound simple, but make sure the battery terminals are clean and tight. Also, make sure the ground at the engine block is clean and tight.

Let me know what you find.
