My ZJ doesnt start well if I dont drive it less than a couple hours before is try to start it, it just rolls over not firing untill I turn the key back then start again and usually starts, but I go to school in the u.P. And im worried about issues during winter.

The 4.0L engine's fuel system has a habit of losing pressure while it's parked. Turning the key to the on (but not start) position once or twice for a few seconds (you should hear the pump turn on then off) before attempting to start it will allow the fuel pump to pressurize the system. If it starts quickly after this procedure, you don't have anything to be particularly concerned about.
