fuel pump relay

2001 hyundai sonata 115,000 miles. when im driving my car the speed drops to like 20 the rpm just keeps jumping, my car bucks to where it kills im not sure if its the fuel pump or the fuel pump relay.

To find out for sure if its coming from the fuel system-you need to check the actual fuel pressure with and with out the pressure regulator then comeback, we got a long way to go this is just the beginning of it.
