Idle drop

I have an 89 prelude Si 2.0 was sitting for a while not shure how long from previous owner runs o.K but when it starts it almost dies the idles at around 750-850, when I push in the clutch it goes down under 500 or stalls. Checked vac hoes, what could cause this problem?

Tune-up the engine (spark plugs wires, fuel filter, air filter, rotor and distribuitor cap)

I have new NGK spark plugs, 9mm wires, MSD ignition system & performance intake. Checked rotor and distribuitor cap both in good condition fuel fliter has not been replaced but fuel pressure is normal. It idles o.K its just when the clutch is pressed it drops. Could it be something in the trans?
