I am constantly having to add clutch fluid. I can't see where any is leaking.

Hi Nelson,
The common places for leakages are
1. Slave cylinder, pull the dust cover and see if any fluids are inside.
2. Master cylinder. You need to get under the dash to look at the master cylinder and if it leaks, the fluid would get into the vehicle, thus no noticeable leakages.

Sounds like the seals are bad, yes replace the master cylinder. Don't know if that is the right name, the part that the clutch pedal connects to. Had the same issue with my Toyota, you wont see it. But most likely yes that is it.
