I currently Drive a 1998 Honda Civic DX; 154,000 miles; Stick shift; 2 wheel. I was driving to work this morning and noticed that the speedometer was stuck at 20mph, and is still stuck there. It won't move up nor down...was working perfectly yesterday. Any troubleshooting ideas? Thanks.
