Speedometer!

Ok let me start I have a 1990 4dr "Lx"? I believe Civic I just got it awhile ago and been slowly fixing it (new exaust new windshield new tires etc etc etc.) Well I have a little problem my speedometer doesnt work the car alarm on it doesn't work and the heater doesnt work! Lol so when I go to get things fixed the windows fog up I freeze Yeah. I was told it's most likely a fuse or just a couple thingss got un-hooked I was also told when the person before me put in the new deck they might have messed up some wires. Any help would be helpful! Thank you! ~Alex

Check all of the fuses and look at fuses under the hood of the car. If the tach works but speedometer doesn't you need to replace the speedometer. Fan doesn't blow on the heater or the fan blows but no heat?
