checking fluid in explore rearend

i have a 1992 ford explore 4x4 The rear differential is leaking a little oil and I want to check the fluid level but can not find a filler plug on rearend any where. can you tell me how I check the fluid and fill the rearend with oil if needed

it looks like your filler plug is located in front of diff. see pic in link.. hope ths helps
