1995 Ford Mustang running out of fuel now not start

My Mustang started and drove fine for 1/4 mile. Then acted like it ran out of gas would not acclerate and then stalled. Changed fuel filter and tested fuel pump with hot wire at the inertia switch harness. Pump runs and charged the system. Suspect control problem. What is next?

Need to be sure pump is puting out enough pressure to run the engine. Just because it is working doesnt mean it is working properly. Should be 35-45 psi with key on engine off
