1996 ford explorer clutch problem

I have a 1996 ford explorer 4x4 , there is no clutch pedal unless i pump it 10 or 12 tiimes then it stiffens up long enough to put it in gear without grinding , clutch fluid is full. no leak's

It's either the master or slave cylinder has an internal leak...fluid passing by the seal...

fluid level hasn't gone down any ? and i dont see any leak's

Have someone push the clutch while you bleed it...see if there is pressure, or the master is weak...
