I got a trouble code P1131 which is a heated O2 Sensor 11 Indicates Lean. So what should I do about this? Do i need to replace the O2 Sensor? What does it mean that it indicates lean?

It means that it is reading that the fuel/air mixure is lower on fuel and higher on air. I think it means either the sensor is bad or somthing is causing a lean mixture.

I've got a 98 Escort and I once got the same code! I don't know much about cars (and it is certainly too late for you to read this!) but the problem was the ignition coil. Hopefully that helps something!
