Can't pass emissions

I have a 98 Ford Escort with 219,000 miles and it did not pass emissions because of code P0113 which is an intake air temp high input. What part is this? How do I fix this code?

Please advise.

Its the IAT Sensor its on top L/Front of engine compartment, on front of air cleaner
