I just bought a new starter, a new alternator and a new battery and put in my car. It started up and my husband drove it from Phoenix to Mesa, Az to work and he tried to start the car, it would not start. I don't know if it drained the new battery. My car is parked and stranded at a paint store right now and it won't start.

Hi,

When trying to start it, does it make any noise? For example, does the starter click, or does it crank but just not start? Have you checked the battery terminals to make sure they are tight?

Here is a link that explains how to load test a battery. Do this and let me know the results. If the new battery is drained, something must be draining the battery.

Also, let me know exactly what happens when trying to start it and if it will start if you jump start it.

Let me know.
