Turns over has 48 psi fuel on the rail, has spark but no start, when it died it started fine for about 30 sec then ran like it was running out of gas with half a tank, and was tested on a snap on computer was found to have a ignition problem.

Okay, can you tell me if the spark is a hot blue snapping spark? Will the engine start for a few seconds with starting fluid?

That has me confused. If it has good spark, it should start with starting fluid. One more check. You will need a noid light. Most parts stores will lend then to you. What you do is disconnect one injector at a time and plug the light into the power supply wiring. The light should pulse when cranking the engine.

Let me know what you find.
