Hi:
Is the starter working at all? If not, have a helper turn the key to the start position while you check the smaller of the two wires at the starter for voltage. You should get 12 volts. If you do, remove the starter, take it to a parts store and have them bench test it. Chances are it's bad. If you have no power, check the starter relay under the hood in the power distribution box.
