2002 Dodge Ram will not fire

With the engine cranking, check for primary voltage at the coil and injectors, usually a dark green wire with orange stripe. If there is no voltage, that comes from the asd relay, I'm not saying the relay is faulty. A common reason the computer won't ground the relay is because the computer doesn't see the cam and or crank sensor signal. I can't tell you what to replace, I can only suggest what to check, the rest is up to you.
