When I was driving home the truck it was okay. But when I restarted it, it it would not restart just turn over but would not go; however, it will turn over but seems to be not getting fuel. We replaced the Fuel Pumb on the Vehicle on my 2002 Dodge Ram 1500, with no results not even a humming sound from new one as did the old one. So, we tried replacing the Fuel Pumb relay switch that powers the Fuel Bump, but did not work. Are there any other options?

Welcome to the forum. Engine cranking, do you have spark at the plugs? Did you check the circuits at the fuel pump relay? Voltage to the load side of relay is hot all the time. Voltage to the coil side of relay goes hot with the key on. The computer grounds the coil side of relay in order to energize. You can use jumper at relay terminals 30 and 87, the pump should run, that is just for testing.
