1995 Dodge Neon Car dyed and now will not start

I have a 95 dodge neon 2.9 doc. The other day on the way to work it just stoped running. I was like I had just truned off the key. So I pulled over to the side of the road and tryed to start it back up and it would turn over but it would not start. I had to turn the key all the way off and then back on before it would start again. I went about 5 miles and it did the same thing. But this time every time it started it would go about 2 feet and then just shut off. And now I can not get it to start at all. I have replaced the fuel pump the fuel fillter and the fuel pump realy. I have checked the fuel pump fuse but still nothing. I have tested the fuel pump and it only works when you directly wire it to the battery. What could be the problem I am at a loss? Please help!
