1994 Dodge Caravan

I have a 94 Dodge Grand Caravan and recently the Power Windows stopped working, I've Checked Both window Switches on the driver and passenger side to see if the windows would roll up, I've also bought a Bussmann Circuit Breaker as the people in Oriellys told me I needed, Ive gone into the Dash board under the steering Column to Replace the breaker. But the one's ive found and put the new breaker in its place didnt work. Please! I need Help! I live in 98 Degree weather where it rains all the time! And my windows are more than half way down. What should I do? Or how can I fix this?

That is odd. The power originates at the driver's door. Have you checked to see if there are any wire breaks between the door and the door frame?
